Fred Goerstal of Bernhard-Link Theatrical, LLC. and Elana Bodner of EBodner, Inc. approached us with this challenging project. We were asked to create from scratch a six foot tall version of a new Coty nail polish bottle in three weeks time. The molds were custom sculpted in styrofoam and plaster, vacuum formed in .177 PETG, assembled in layers, the inside of the inner bottle was painted with an autobody paint an exact shade of red. The top was chrome plated and custom cut vinyl lettering was applied. The job was completed on time and the quality exceded our customer's expectations.
